My name is Chris Lynch and I want to be your Realtor!
I have spent my career in sales and/or customer service. In that time, I’ve learned what every client buyer or seller needs from a Realtor, and I have dedicated myself to filling those needs.
I’ve learned, for example, that you need personalized attention. I’m committed to working with a small number of clients to make sure I’m always available and always ready to help you through the buying/selling process, no matter how complicated.
I’ve also learned that you need someone who can empathize with your situation. I’m a working mom with a husband and two boys, so I understand the stresses and challenges life can hold. And I take the time to get to know you, to build the kind of relationship that will make you want me to be your Realtor now and in the future.
Equally important, you need someone who has experience. I’ve been down many roads in the real estate business, and I know that there is never a deal that doesn’t come with a challenge. When that challenge arises, I have the experience to approach it with a cool head and the ability to find the way to conquer it.
But the one thing that pulls all of this together is my focus on you. I live my life and conduct my business with the “Pay It Forward” philosophy (if you haven’t seen the movie, rent it today). I think about all the people who have helped me, and instead of just paying those people back, I want to pay the favor forward.
Consequently, the most important phrase in my vocabulary is “how many I help you?.” I hope you’ll give me that opportunity.
